  Notes	He was born in 1917, which is the same year that the Pasquale Calderio who might be his father Alphonse’ brother died. He served in the Army during the early 1940s, but he never went overseas. He got married in 1941, and then wasn’t drafted at the time because he had a child. He did serve in the army as a cook during the war, however, for troops on trains. Their first car was a 1952 Buick.
